Branding a business after having 4 kids

Spotlight Guest

On this episode I chat with Suzanne Carpenter about the story and personal journey behind setting up her own business. If raising 4 kids wasn’t enough to do. Suzanne asked her herself a life changing question. “You say you would die for your kids, but would you change for them?” Suzanne was a bulimic and overcame it as an adult to be a better model for her daughters. She went on to create a virtual company that exists to clear up food confusion so others can win at losing weight.

Her official titles are teacher, mentor, and consultant. She’s a mum of four who’s launched her own brand and business around some incredibly powerful defining moments in her life.

Through her successful 10-year nutrition career, Suzanne saw a gap in the industry and a trend in society. Americans are more confused and overwhelmed than ever when it comes to actually losing weight and keeping it off. She created a virtual nutrition education company called CarpenterOne80 whose mission is to provide affordable and simple programs that can clear up food confusion so that people can win at losing weight. Suzanne is a Certified Nutritional Consultant, the CEO and Founder of CarpenterOne80, as well as the creator of SOS (Suz On Your Shoulder), Babysit My Plate, and The Food Peace University, three different virtual bite-sized nutrition courses. They were designed to teach you what you need to know to create sustainable results.
